Regardless of your fitness regimen, proper nutrition is 80% of maintaining your health. As a part of your package, you may be prescribed a nutritional schedule that is based on your individual needs.
Once you have a successful dietary program, we will assess your baseline measurements and determine what strength and conditioning program will help you achieve your exact goals. My unique background assists me in designing challenging and unorthodox workouts for ANY client. Simply said, OUR WORKOUTS WILL BE FUN! Rate: $85/hr
Martial Arts Lessons
As a Black Belt in Tae Kwan Do, Kickboxing and Ju Jitsu, I have learned countless ways to increase strength, balance, and agility of the human body. Whether self defense is a passion, necessity or a source of curiosity, I can show you how to test your limits and see that they are only figments of your imagination! Training is for all ages between 4 and 80 years old.
Meditation and Stretching
Peace of mind is a valuable, but intangible asset, because it cannot be measured. Meditation is vital to participate in activities to foster mental clarity and reduces stress.
While training, clients will learn how to:
